1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SafeDial platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SafeDial is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing AI voice orchestration, CRM integrations, and automated telecom compliance (e.g., Safe Harbor logic). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, configuring your agents, and integrating with required third-party telecom APIs.

3. User Obligations and Geographic Scope

Geographic Limitation: The Service is strictly limited to use within the Americas (North, Central, and South America). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that your business operations and the leads you contact are located within this geographic region.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations within the permitted geographic scope, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any leads, contacts, and communications initiated via SafeDial satisfy all necessary consent requirements before utilizing our automated outreach features.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

SafeDial provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or compliance of the Service's outputs. You expressly understand and agree that SafeDial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, including any regulatory fines or penalties incurred due to non-compliant communication practices.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
